• Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective
• Please double-check all spelling, names and details before placing your order — we print exactly what you submit
• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun
• If your item arrives damaged or with a print error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right!
